Return Policy

Our return policy in short:

  • Products should be unused and unopened.
  • A return shipment should be signed within 14 days after date of receipt of the shipment via the return form.

Unfortunately it may occur that an article arrives in bad condition, or that an incorrect article is ordered.  Then, too, we would like to assist you.

Defect products and return articles should be signed within 14 days after date of receipt via the return form. After receipt of your return form TriStar will evaluate the necessity of the return shipment. As soon as your application is evaluated, a Tristar employee will contact you to about the further settlement. All return products should be delivered in unopened packaging.

Incorrectly ordered / delivered

  • Incorrectly delivered by TriStar: replacement for free.
  • In all other cases the replacement and/or return costs will be charged to the customer.

Claims / missing products notification

A claim of missing product notification should be reported within 1 working day through support@tristargroup.org, otherwise we can’t offer a compensation or replacement.

  • Always enclose a picture of the product or the packaging.
  • After approval the product can be returned.
